EFFECT_RANK_LEVEL

A monster that has a Rank and is affected by an effect with this code is also treated to have a Level. Its Level will initially be equal to its Rank when the effect is registered, but can be independently changed after. To ensure the Level is always equal to the Rank, use EFFECT_RANK_LEVEL_S instead.
