EFFECT_LEVEL_RANK_S

A monster that has a Level and is affected by an effect with this code is also treated to have a Rank. Its Rank will always be equal to its Level (changing one of them will also change the other). To allow independently changing the Rank and Level after the effect is registered, use EFFECT_LEVEL_RANK instead.
