A player affected by an effect with this code can only Special Summon monsters up to the number of times specified as the effect's value. This effect code is used instead of EFFECT_LEFT_SPSUMMON_COUNT if the remaining number of Special Summons may be affected by other things is only affected by the number of Special Summons already performed.
