A player affected by an effect with this code can only Special Summon monsters up to the number of times returned by the effect's value function. This effect code is used instead of EFFECT_SPSUMMON_COUNT_LIMIT if the remaining number of Special Summons may be affected by things other than the number of Special Summons already performed, such as if the limit is shared with Normal Summons.
