This global flag enables effects with EFFECT_REMOVE_BRAINWASHING as code, which continuously return the control of affected monsters to their owner, i.e., the effect of "Remove Brainwashing". It is automatically set when an effect with EFFECT_REMOVE_BRAINWASHING as code is registered.
